Itinerary

Before Your Course

Your EverydayClimbing instructor will be in touch one to two days before your course commences.  This pre-course contact serves to introduce your instructor, confirm meeting details, and provide insight into the expected weather conditions. Our instructor are readily available to address any queries you may have, ensuring you're well-prepared for your upcoming adventure.

On the Day

The exact location for your climbing session will be determined based on the weather conditions and the group's goals and abilities. Our typical approach is to select a climbing venue that is conveniently located near your area and involves a minimal walk to the crag. This way, we aim to make the experience as accessible and enjoyable as possible for all participants.

In this family-oriented climbing session, every participant has the freedom to choose a level that matches their comfort and ability. We ensure that the day is filled with fun, encouragement, and engaging activities. Our goal is to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for your family, allowing each member to explore rock climbing at their own pace and skill level.

The session includes:

  • The opportunity to ascend easy, intermediate, and demanding climbing routes, with heights ranging from 6 to 20 meters.
  • Learning the art of abseiling, lowering yourself over a steep drop while maintaining control and safety.
  • Learning how to properly fit and adjustment a harness and tie into a rope.
  • Safe use of a belay device to support your climbing partner while ascending or descending.
  • Spending quality time in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, surrounded by stunning natural landscapes.
  • Coaching on essential climbing movement techniques as you ascend several routes.
  • Confidence building and encouragement.

Not quite what you're seeking? No problem! We specialise in organising climbing, scrambling, or mountaineering guides for any route in the Scottish Highlands or islands. From the dramatic sea-stacks to the legendary Skye Cuillin, we've got your adventure covered. Feel free to drop us a line with your specific requirements, and we'll promptly respond to your inquiry.
