What an amazing first mountaineering experience climbing the north face of Ben Nevis with our fantastic guide, Sam Percival. Sam’s wealth of experience and skill put us at ease straight away, and his faith in us never wavered! It was a very wet and windy climb, with some extremely slippy sections, but we could not have been in safer hands! Great knowledge of the mountains and banter to boot. Would definitely recommend Sam as your go to guide. Thanks for a great day Sam, we are hooked!

We went for a two day rock climbing trip with Sam in Cairngorms National Park. It was our first exposure to multi pitch trad climbing, quite an adventure. Sam is such a friendly person, confident climber and knowledgeable guide. He accommodated our climbing level, and picked the routes that were a little challenging but doable. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous. We felt completely satisfied afterwards. I would highly recommend Everyday Climbing to anyone looking to have a great outdoorsy time in Scotland!

For anyone looking for a tailor made mountaineering experience which is both fun and educational: look no further. Both Sam and Amy are extremely competent guides who will make you feel completely safe and yet excited and challenged at the same time. They are really good at gauging your skill level and taking you on climbs that are exactly right for where you’re at. You’ll be pushed, but never too far, and they know all the great spots when it comes to climbing in Scotland. :) 10/10 would recommend!

I've had an amazing and super safe climb on Old man of Hoy with Sam, tried winter climbing with him and taken a tour in Norway to climb frozen waterfalls. Sam is so positive and so dedicated to his work and clients, he has incredible knowledge of the areas and reassuring guiding skills.
I couldn't have picked a better guide for my trips!! So much fun, unforgettable memories and always great climbing, I couldn't ask for more! Already looking forward to next trip.
